– “RBI”: Reserve Bank of India.
– “Service(s)”: Services provided through the Platform.
– “User”: Individuals or entities accessing the Platform.
REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES
Users using the services must meet certain criteria, including being a resident of India, over 18 years old, authorized to enter agreements, not barred from Platform access, and providing accurate information. Users also acknowledge BKP’s ownership of services and agree not to misuse proprietary rights.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
BKP retains ownership of software and hardware supporting the Platform. Users are prohibited from modifying or exploiting these assets.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
Users are responsible for periodic review of Terms, cautious use of information, and compliance with applicable laws.
LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
BKP is not responsible for third-party platforms linked to the Platform. Users access them at their own risk.
REGISTRATION

TERMINATION
